We Are Looking to Hire
Qualified Electrical Engineers
We are looking for Qualified Electricians with maintenance/installation experience to join our established company, on a full-time – permanent basis.
You will be working within various scopes of works in the commercial, industrial and private sectors.
What is needed?
- Fully Qualified Electrician
- ECS Grading Card
- Knowledge of applicable electrical standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in electrical systems installation or maintenance conforming with BS 7671
Apprentice Electricians
At Monard Electrical Contractors LLP we take pride in nurturing the next generation of electrical engineers through our apprenticeship scheme.
We are looking for work-driven apprentices who will look forward to kick starting their electrical career.
With us you will be working towards a Level 3 Nationally recognized award while gaining experience.
Monard Electrical Contractors LLP use JTL as their training provider which allows our apprentices to have access to benefits such as a dedicated training officer and toolkit vouchers – more information can be found below.
We have concluded our apprenticeship hiring for 2025 – Details for our 2026 program will follow soon.
What is needed?
- GCSE’s 4-9 or equivalent in Maths & English
- JTL Initial Assessment
- Colour Vision Certificate

Testing Electricians
Monard Electrical Contractors LLP are looking for a skilled and experienced electrician to join our testing team.
Key Responsibility’s:
- Conduct EICR testing and inspections to ensure all electrical installations comply with current regulations.
- Complete EICR certifications and accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
What is needed?
- Fully Qualified Electrician
- Proven experience in EICR testing and electrical testing.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds 2391, 2392 or 2394/2395 in Inspection and Testing (required)
