The two most important cogs in our business model are our staff and our clients. After all, if they’re not happy we don’t have a business!
Monard Electrical invests a lot of time in training apprentices alongside our learning provider JTL, and just as much time recruiting the perfect people. We make sure the training that they receive is of the right quality, supporting them in their goal to become highly skilled, confident, competent electricians. We believe our approach creates a family feeling and one that ensures that our apprentices want to continue working with us. Some have…for 30 years +!!
In 2019 we were recognised for our commitment to training by the JTL and were very proud to have won a national award. Our exceptional apprentices have also won awards over the years, most recently in 2020.
